Each limited prints edition (numbered, signed & dated) comes with a C.O.A. (Certificate Of Authenticity)
Obviously, we don’t want a trade market, we want the artworks to end up with real art lovers & human rights defenders and not to pop up in auctions sales.
We are kicking off the FIGHT AGAINST FLIPPERS, whoever wants to trade must go to STOCK EXCHANGE and not do it with Goin’s art.
In order to avoid this as much as possible, the C.O.A. will be sent on request 6 months after the sale. All flippers will be banned from us.
For the sake of equity and accessibility, we give everybody the opportunity to acquire a signed piece from GOIN: We launch a TIME LIMITED OPEN EDITION print every year (2 Months run per year / signed & dated but not numbered).
Also, If you are new and want to become a Goin’s collector you can start by ordering an artwork directly to Goin (info@goin.art).
Works on paper are shipped in tubes.
Please allow up to 30 days for delivery.
Shipping charges will be displayed in the cart, and will vary with the number of items, and with which country you are ordering to.
All credit cards transactions are performed through stripe.com
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), and Discover.
You can safely enter your credit card details on stripe gateway, which highly encrypts all submitted information.
Please note that your credit card information are not stored on our servers.
We also accept paypal payment. Only Paypal will get your credit card information.
We ship all artworks from Switzerland.
If your delivery address is outside Switzerland, we do not charge VAT.
International customers are responsible for import VAT and local customs fees upon delivery.
Artworks generally benefit from reduced import VAT rates, as follows:
France 5.5%, Germany 7%, Italy 5%, United Kingdom 5%, United States exempt.
Most other countries apply a reduced VAT rate (typically 5–10%) for artworks classified under HS Codes 9701 / 9702, with customs duties generally waived.
Please note: carriers such as UPS or DHL may charge a small brokerage/clearance fee (usually around €20) for customs processing.
Except in cases of damages no returns will be accepted.
Goin is not Walmart, so think before you buy…
Be carefull when you receive the package.
If the package is damaged, please DO NOT accept it upon delivery.
No refunds or exchange will be made if you accepted a damaged package.
All damages must be reported by email within 24 hours of the goods being received.
The package will then be returned, and you will get a new artwork, or be refunded the full amount you paid, including shipping costs. You will then be given a replacement for the damaged artwork.
If Goin is unable to replace the product you will be refunded the full amount you paid for the artwork.
Goin reserve the right to issue refunds at any time prior to delivery.
Works on paper are rolled in acid-free tissue paper and secured with tape.
Please do not tear the paper to open it.
Gently peel off the tape by hand to avoid damaging the print.
